Terms of Service

1. The Service

Sidewisp is an AI-agent monitoring, diagnostics, and recovery-support product. It may provide health signals, incident explanations, suggested actions, approval workflows, usage insights, notifications, integrations, and related features.

Some features are offered as a private preview, beta, or early-access service. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change as the product develops.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account or connected systems. If you use Sidewisp for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Connected Systems and Permissions

You choose which agents, runtimes, accounts, and services to connect. You authorize us to access and process only the data and permissions necessary to provide the features you enable.

You must have all rights and permissions required to connect a system and provide its data. You remain responsible for the configuration, security, backups, and lawful operation of your own systems.

4. Human Authority and Suggested Actions

Sidewisp may diagnose issues, recommend next steps, or prepare an action for review. A recommendation is not a guarantee that an issue exists or that the proposed action will solve it.

Where Sidewisp asks for approval, you are responsible for reviewing the exact scope and consequences before approving. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken in your environment.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Sidewisp to:

• violate law, regulation, contractual obligations, or another person’s rights;
• gain unauthorized access to systems, credentials, data, or accounts;
• distribute malware, facilitate fraud, harassment, or other harmful conduct;
• circumvent safeguards, rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions;
• interfere with the Service or use it to build or benchmark a competing service unlawfully; or
• submit data that you are not authorized to process.

6. Preview and Beta Features

Preview and beta features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice. They are provided for evaluation and should not be your sole method of monitoring critical systems, preserving data, satisfying compliance obligations, or responding to emergencies.

7. Fees and Payment

Early-access features may be free. If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing period, included usage, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before purchase.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees for an active billing period are non-refundable.

8. Ownership and Feedback

We and our licensors own Sidewisp, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while the Terms apply.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display it to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.

9. Third-Party Services

Sidewisp may interoperate with third-party runtimes, model providers, messaging services, payment processors, and infrastructure. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Sidewisp. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete detection of failures, recovery of lost work, or compatibility with every agent or integration. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, and circumstances outside our control may affect the Service.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Sidewisp at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued operation is no longer practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIDEWISP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY. SIDEWISP DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLEMWORKERS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO SIDEWISP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SIDEWISP DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GOLEMWORKERS LLC and its personnel from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of Sidewisp, your data, your connected systems, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
