Sidewisp is designed to monitor OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, and custom AI agents. It surfaces silent failures, explains their impact and evidence in plain language, prepares a safe recovery action for human approval, and verifies that useful work resumes.

Core health signals:
- Availability: whether an agent starts on time and remains reachable.
- Execution: whether useful work is progressing instead of looping or stalling.
- Memory and context: whether decisions survive restarts.
- Tools: whether required services and credentials remain reachable.
- Outcome: whether the promised deliverable was actually produced.
- Cost: whether spend is producing progress rather than retries.

- Keys use the `Authorization: Bearer sw_agent_...` header.
- Available scopes are `articles.read`, `articles.write`, and `articles.publish`.
- A write-only key may prepare drafts. Publishing, scheduling, unpublishing, or changing a publication date additionally requires `articles.publish`.
- Article keys are tenant-scoped and cannot access monitoring, billing, installations, users, or API-key administration.
- A plaintext key is shown once; Sidewisp stores only its SHA-256 digest.

Consumer identity and subscriptions:
- Consumer access is available only through the native mobile app.
- Consumer sign-in uses Google or Apple only; Sidewisp has no consumer password.
- Accounts are keyed by verified provider subject and never merged by email.
- Subscriptions originate only in Apple App Store or Google Play.
- The internal support console can inspect privacy-safe entitlement state.
- The website cannot sign consumers in, buy, change, cancel, or refund a subscription.
- Provider proof, refresh secrets, signed transactions, and purchase tokens are excluded from URLs, analytics, browser storage, and support output.

Product principles:
- Agents stay where they already run.
- Secrets stay on the user's host.
- Recovery actions require human approval.
- An incident clears only after useful progress is verified.
